  Food ordered at 625 pm. 645 pm the two orders placed after ours are filled, we verbalize concern with an employee. 7 pm we voice displeasure with manager. 715 pm demand refund, told we have to fill out paper work in order to get a refund. We were never once offered any kind of apology or reimbursement until expressly asking for it. After all is said and done, out an hour of time and patience dealing with the poor excuse for management. It had been years since I had eaten here and sincerely looked forward to it. I'll make sure to never make this mistake again.

  Ordered from their lunch menu and got the personal deluxe pizza. It was thrown in the box haphazardly and all squished. All the toppings were piled in the middle and it was poorly cut. I tried their Italian sub, the bread was hard and stale, it was cold and had little to no meat on it. I won't be ordering from them anytime soon!
